This report shares the lived experiences of communities across Vanuatu during disasters, highlighting challenges in disaster response, recovery and preparedness. Drawing on community voices from Efate and Santo, it identifies key gaps and presents recommendations to strengthen community resilience, improve coordination between government and civil society, and promote continuous disaster preparedness.
